Data Deletion

Last updated: May 1, 2026

Pochi gives you three ways to remove your data from the Service, ranging from instant per-connection cleanup to a full account-level deletion request. Pick whichever level matches what you want removed.

For full reference on what we collect and how it's stored, see /privacy.

Option 1 — Disconnect a single platform (instant, in-app)

  1. Sign in to pochi.icery.tw
  2. On the home page, locate the platform card you want to disconnect (Instagram / Threads / Facebook / YouTube / TikTok).
  3. Click the ✕ icon on the connected account chip.
  4. Confirm the dialog.

What gets deleted immediately: the OAuth access token and refresh token for that account, cached account metadata (display name, avatar URL, channel ID where applicable), webhook subscriptions, and any flow auto-disable markers tied to that connection. Event logs referencing that account are retained as historical records but no new events will be processed for it.

Option 2 — Revoke at the platform side (instant)

You can also remove Pochi's access directly from each platform's settings:

Pochi detects revocation on the next API call. The stale token is marked invalid and any flows depending on that connection are auto-disabled until you reconnect.

Option 3 — Full account deletion (within 7 days)

To delete all data associated with your Pochi account — connections, flows, posts, event logs, uploaded media, short-link records, AI usage history — email icery@icery.tw with the subject "Pochi account deletion" from the email address you registered with. Include your Icery.tw account email so we can match the records.

We will:

  1. Acknowledge the request within 1 business day (reply email)
  2. Delete every database document where ownerId equals your account email — covering connections, flows, posts, event logs, short-link stats, AI usage records, and per-account schedules
  3. Purge any Cloudflare R2 objects associated with your account
  4. Confirm completion via reply email within 7 days of the original request

Anonymized aggregate metrics (e.g. "total posts published this month across all users") may be retained — these contain no identifiers tying back to you.

Meta data deletion callback

If you initiate deletion through Meta's built-in "Apps and Websites" data deletion flow (Instagram / Threads / Facebook), Meta sends a signed callback to Pochi's server. We process the callback by deleting the connection and associated data for the identified user, identical to Option 1 above. You will receive a confirmation code from Meta that you can use to look up status.
