Terms of Service

1. The Service

Pochi is a multi-platform social media automation tool. Connect your Instagram, Threads, Facebook Page, and/or YouTube accounts and (a) configure node-based flows that automatically respond to comments — keyword matching, conditional branching, public replies, DMs where the platform supports them, and click-tracked short links — and (b) publish videos from the Service to the connected platforms. You remain the sole owner of your accounts and content; the Service acts only on your behalf and within the scope of permissions you grant at OAuth time.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must own, or have explicit authorization to manage, the social accounts you connect to the Service.
• You must comply with the terms of service of each platform integrated — Meta Platform Terms (IG, Threads, FB), Google/YouTube Terms, and each platform's community guidelines around automation and spam.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or deceptive content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Circumvent platform rate limits or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

4. Development Status

The Service is currently in early development. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or data preservation during this phase. Do not rely on the Service for critical or revenue-generating workflows without testing.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or manage via the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content only to the extent necessary to operate the Service (e.g., reading comments to compare against your rules, posting replies you have configured).

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Service depends on third-party APIs (Meta, Anthropic, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or outages in those platforms that affect the Service. When a platform's terms conflict with these Terms, the platform's terms prevail for interactions with that platform.

7. Fees

The Service is currently free during development. Future paid plans will be announced with notice. Introduction of a paid tier will not retroactively charge for past usage.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking the app's access from your Instagram settings. We may terminate or suspend access at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Icery.tw and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
